NPP presidential candidate hopeful Alan Kyeremanten has canceled a press conference scheduled for today, September 5, 2023, at 2 pm at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra.
Alan was expected to address the public on the next line of action in his bid to lead the governing NPP into the 2024 general elections following last month's Super Delegates Conference.
However, the public address will no longer come off.
In a statement, it said any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
This announcement comes after Kyerematen, former Minister of Trade and Industry, pledged to deliver a public broadcast after his team has finished analysing the results of the Super Delegates Elections conducted on Saturday, August 26, 2023.
Kyerematen had recently been selected as one of the presidential aspirants to compete in the upcoming November 4, 2023 presidential primary of the NPP.
However, during the selection process, he placed third behind Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong.
Expressing his gratitude, Kyerematen thanked God for His grace and guidance throughout his political journey.
