The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has announced that the seventh meeting of the fourth session of the eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic will be held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.
This confirmation follows a prior notice dated December 2, 2024, summoning Parliament to reconvene.
According to a statement from the Speaker’s office, the meeting will begin on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 10 a.m.
The meeting will address critical parliamentary business as the year concludes.
The eighth Parliament has faced heightened scrutiny over the past two months, making this upcoming session crucial for legislative deliberations and governance continuity.
