Ghanaian duo Andre and Jordan Ayew will return to the Black Stars ahead of Ghana’s 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia.
According to reports, Kwesi Appiah has amicably solved issues with the Ayew brothers via telephone conversations sometime last month.
This will be the first time in over a year that the Ayew bothers will be returning to the senior National Team.
Appiah thought their reasons for opting out of Ghana's last 2018 World Cup qualifier against Congo were questionable especially when the two were back in action at their various clubs days after that international break.
Jordan and Andre have in recent weeks been left out of the Black Stars despite their splendid performances for their club sides fueling the perception that the coach was unhappy with the players because their performances merited a call-up.
The coach claims that there was no bad blood between him and the players, stating that his decision to drop some big-name players in previous call-ups was purely tactical.

Ghana will travel to Addis Ababa to face Ethiopia on 18 November 2018 needing a win to revive their qualifying campaign.
The return of the Ayew brothers is the biggest indication that coach Kwesi Appiah is not leaving anything to chance in the quest to achieve his targets.
The Black Stars are in third place in Group H; four points behind leaders Kenya who have seven but have played two matches less.
