Former Ghanaian footballer Awudu Issaka has advised the Black Starlets to use their pedigree to defeat Ivory Coast ahead of their semi-finals of the ongoing WAFU Zone B U-17 Championships.
The Black Starlets will come up against Ivory Coast in the semi-finals of the ongoing WAFU Zone B -17 Championship following their 1-2 triumph over Togo.
According to Awudu Issaka, Ghana's pedigree in football is an advantage the Starlets have got to beat Ivory Coast.

"Sometimes, players get frightened whenever their teams are playing with big clubs and therefore Ghana U-17 must use this as an advantage to beat Ivory Coast today since we are ahead of them in terms of making a huge name in Youth Competitions." Awudu Issaka told Agyenkwa FM

The winner of the tournament will qualify for the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations in Tanzania.
