Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the deal for former Kotoko defender Evans Quao.
Reports in the local media indicate that the Phobians have signed the bulky guardsman on a three-year deal.
Quao left Kotoko at the end of 2017 Ghana Premier League after his contract with the Porcupine Warriors expired.
