Ghana will earn $450,000 in two friendly matches between Mexico and United States of America, the Ministry of Youth and Sports has revealed.

According to the Minister, Mexico is paying the country $125,000 while the USA would give $325,000 for the matches.

Mr. Asiamah said, government has not spent any money on the two friendlies and promised this will ensure that the practice continues in subsequent matches.

"We will do everything possible to ensure that we save some money for the country which would be channeled into other developmental projects", he stated.

He disclosed that, the GFA would also provide a report and all the expenditure incurred doing the two matches.

Ghana lost 1-0 to Mexico in their first friendly match on Wednesday and would face USA on July 1(Saturday) in the other game.
