The vice-president of the GFA Normalization Committee, Lucy Quist says that Ghana Football Association still has a contract with Zylofon Cash and denies any missing contract.
Her comments were in response to recent reports from the Committee's spokesperson, Dan Kweku Yeboah that the Normalization Committee since assuming office has not sighted any documents of the contract between the past Ghana Football Association and Zylofon cash.Â
Quist in an interview on Joy Fm's super morning show debunked media reports that the contract is missing but said there is no money coming in from the Zylofon Cash since the halt of the Ghana Premier League following the Anas Aremeyaw expose on corruption.
"There is no sponsorship deal, Zylofon Cash doesn't exist. There's no money coming in from there because when the GFA stopped, everything stopped. The agenda now is re-engagement."
"The premier league is not happening, so there's no money coming in from Zylofon. The sponsorship was for a specific activity. We won't get the money when the activity isn't coming on," she stated
The Kwesi Nyantakyi led administration signed a bumper 5-year deal with Zylofon Cash for the sponsoring of the truncated Ghana Premier League for $10 million.

Last year, Halifax Ansah-Addo, communications director of Zylofon Cash on Citi FM said the company was still financially strong to keep its relationship with the league when competitive football returns and was told by management of Zylofon cash that the company would still continue to sponsor the Ghana Premier League in the event of its return.
The local league was halted in June 2018 as a consequence to the airing of the Anas “Number 12†documentary which revealed the alleged corrupt practices of certain personalities in the domain of Ghanaian football including the former football association president, Kwesi Nyantakyi.
Eventually, the erstwhile Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association was replaced by a Normalization Committee put together by FIFA and it is currently working to reform Ghana football.
