Majeed Bawa in the company of board chair, Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, and other board members visited the Black Queens and charged them to turn things around that will keep the host and win mantra alive.
“As the institution in charge of sports in Ghana, it is our responsibility to pay this courtesy call to interact with you and to assure you that the whole country is behind you. A day before the opening match, Ghanaians prayed and fasted for our success."
"Truly we won the match. Our second match was not too good but we are not discouraged. We believe in your capacity. We believe that you are eager and ready to die for mother Ghana and the whole country is behind youâ€.
“Our game tomorrow is going to be the finals before the finals. That is going to decide whether we are in or we are out. We are hosting to win and we can only win if we win our match tomorrow. Which is the reason why we are here today, to motivate you and to let you know that Ghana is behind you, he said.
