Black Stars and Maritzburg United custodian, Richard Ofori has been ranked the third best goalkeeper in the South African Premier Soccer League 2018/19 season.

The 25-year-old is rated as one of the best shot-stoppers in the PSL despite Maritzburg's poor performance in the campaign which has seen them languishing at the bottom of the league table 14 points after 21 matches played so far in the season.

The former Wa AllStars shot-stopper's superlative performances in the Premier Soccer League has been recognized and rated among the top three goalkeepers in the league.

Soccer Laduma, reports that Ofori has kept seven clean sheets in twenty-one games and he is third behind Bloemfontein Celtic's Patrick Tignyemb and Darren Keet of Bidvest Wits who are on nine clean-sheets so far.

Ofori joined Maritzburg United from Wa All Stars in July 2017 and has been heavily linked with a move to Orlando Pirates in the summer transfer.
