After his Nigerian visit, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has landed in Kenya on the second leg of his sub-Saharan Africa knowledge acquisition quest.
He first visited iHub, Nairobi’s technology innovation hub, an open-space centre for technologists, investors, tech companies and hackers but not before tucking in a popular local meal.
“We ate at MAMA Oliech Restaurant, a local place everyone recommended. One of my favorite parts of traveling to a new country is trying the food. I enjoyed ugali and a whole fried tilapia for the first time and loved them both!†the 32-year-old rendered.
The internet entrepreneur notified the world about his Kenya arrival via his Facebook page. He was escorted by ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru where their talks discussed possibilities of offering internet access to every Kenyan.
