A press statement from the group says only two technical universities namely  Sunyani and Takoradi out of the ten polytechnics, have so far conducted graduation exercise for their students. The students are unhappy with the  marginalization of HND graduates have suffered in this country for many years.
The Concerned Polytechnic and Technical University Students are giving government up to July 14 to address the concern or will embark on a demonstration to drive home their plea.
The Ghana Institute of Journalism and University of Education were also in the news last month about the nonexistence of a governing board to process the graduation particulars of the student which was delaying their graduation.
