The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama says President Akufo-Addo has implemented everything outlined in the viral ‘Agypadie’ document.
The widely circulated 38-page document is alleged to detail a scheme by individuals within the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) to appropriate state assets for personal gain.
During the Report Ghana Summit on Thursday, August 1, 2024, President Akufo-Addo described the document as a baseless accusation aimed at undermining his “credibility and integrity.”

“Recently, there was an issue about a document called Agyapadie. They said it was fabricated. But even if it is fabricated, the implementation is not fabricated because everything that is written in that document has been implemented.
“So if somebody sat and fabricated that document, then the person can read the minds of people. Because how they could have written that document and read the minds of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his family, that person is a proper creative writer. Because everything in that document has been implemented. And so the implementation cannot be fabricated.”
