League leaders, Aduana Stars suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday as they lost 2-1 to Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Dwarfs took a two-nil first-half lead through goals from  Nicholas Gyan in the 28th minute and Osman Mohammed in the 42nd minute with Tanko Mohammed pulling one back for the Dormaa-based club in the 73rd minute.

The defeat means second-placed Kumasi Asante Kotoko, who are on 17 points just like Aduana would go top of the table if they avoid defeat in Sunday's Super Clash with Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium.
