Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko SC have beaten Nigerian side Star Base FC to win the International Soccer Crest competition held on Twitter.
The Porcupine Warriors was culled out from the lists of clubs on the planet in an annual pool for the club with the best crest in the world.
Asante Kotoko SC embedded logo enticed the selection committee into giving them a nomination.
Supporters of the clubs were given the chance to vote for their favorite crest from a pool of clubs which ended today via Twitter and the Reds logo emerged the winner with 66% of the votes.
The Asante Kotoko crest has the emblem (porcupine) and colours (yellow, green and black) of the Ashanti Kingdom. It was last modified during the era of Herbert Mensah.Â
