Super Falcons of Nigeria beat South Africa on penalty shootouts to defend their Africa Women's Cup of Nations title on Saturday.
The Super-Falcons won the game 4-3 on penalties to claim their 11th title of the tournament at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Super Falcons had the opportunity to win the game but bottled the chance away as the African Footballer of the Year Assisat Oshoala missed a penalty in the second half.
The South Africans also had decent chances notably Mamelo Makhabane whose free-kick was saved by goalkeeper Oluehi.
However, the champions, who defeated the Banyana in the 1995 and 2000 finals, repeated the feat with a 4-3 win on penalties.
