All the sixteen teams that have qualified to the CAF Confederations Cup group stage have been confirmed.

The last-second legs of the Confederations Cup playoffs stage were played on Saturday and Sunday across fifteen venues.

The 15 winners of the play-off round advance to the group stage to join Étoile du Sahel, who advanced directly to the group stage as the winners of the first round with the best CAF 5-Year Ranking.  

North Africa has continued with their dominance by providing seven of the sixteen teams followed by Southern Africa and West Africa with three teams each. CECAFA region has two.

The teams teams that qualified include; Etoile Sahel (Tunisia), Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan), Petro Atletico (Angola), Salitas FC (Burkina Faso), Zamalek SC (Egypt), RS Berkane (Morocco), ZESCO United (Zambia), Hassania Agadir (Morocco), Enugu Rangers (Nigeria), Otoho d'Oyo (Congo), Asante Kotoko SC (Ghana), CS Sfaxien (Tunisia), Gor Mahia FC (Kenya), Raja Casablanca (Morocco), Nkana FC (Zambia) and NA Hussein Dey from Algeria.

The draw for the group stage will be held on Monday 21st January in Cairo, Egypt.
