Ashantigold SC defender Richard Osei Agyeman has declared himself fit and ready for second leg tie against Morocco's RS Berkane in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The defender got a knock in their first preliminary round clash against Akonangui and had to again play in the pain barrier against RS Berkane a fortnight ago.
Agyemang was the subject of loads of criticism following his below power performance which led to him being substituted in the second half in their 3-2 win over the North Africans.
However, Osei Agyemang who been a key cog of the Miners set up says he has regain full fitness ahead of the return leg.
“I am fit for our match against Berkane after my injury scare and I will travel with the team to Morocco,†he said.
“I got injured in the game against Akonangui and got a knock at the same place when we played Berkane in Obuasi but I am fit and ready to go due to the grace of God.â€
His return to fitness coincides with Ashgold squad announcement as he named for the trip to Morocco.
The Gold and Yellow today jetted off out of the country and are expected to arrive in Rabat tomorrow.
