According to Kumasi based Sikka FM, Aduana Stars striker Derrick Sasraku was sacked from training due to his lackadaisical attitude as the team prepares to play AS Vita.
Sikka FM claimed that new coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has released the 24-year-old from training duties and the club are now looking at the striker's contractual situation.
Sasraku was fined and suspended earlier this season for assaulting a teammate.
Aduana Stars say the striker asked to be excused from duty after feeling dizzy but the Kumasi-based radio station insists he was sacked by new head Kenichi Yatsuhashi after the player exhibited a lazy attitude in training.
Aduana will take on Congolese side AS Vita on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, in a CAF Confederations Cup game at Dormaa.
