World football governing body FIFA has said they will review the Black Stars 1-0 win over South Africa following a complaint by the latter.
The Black Stars over the weekend beat South Africa by a lone goal to qualify to the play-offs ahead of the opponents.
However, their opponents were peeved by Senegalese referee Ndiaye Maguette's decision to award Ghana a penalty that enabled the four-time AFCON winners to score at the Cape Coast.

The penalty was awarded after Ghana's Leicester City midfielder Daniel Amartey went down following what appeared minimal contact from defender Rushine de Reuck, who was booked for his challenge.

After the game, South African Football Association (SAFA) confirmed that they will make a "formal complaint" about "questionable decisions" made by the match officials in Sunday's 1-0 defeat by Ghana.
"The match officials have decided the game, which is not what is supposed to happen," claimed SAFA's CEO Tebogo Mothlante.
"We will be writing to both Caf [the Confederation of African Football] and [world governing body] Fifa - firstly to investigate how the game was handled and secondly to challenge some of these decisions.
"We have already registered with the match commissioner that we will be making a formal complaint."
FIFA has further confirmed that it has received a complaint from the South African Football Association over their 2022 World Cup qualifier against Ghana which they lost 1-0.
"FIFA has received a complaint from the South African FA in relation to this matter and will review it. Please understand we cannot comment further at this stage," FIFA's statement in response to a query from Graphic Online said.
