The West African nation landed in Cairo on Monday night having flown from Ghana.
20 players were involved in the work out session on Tuesday in Cairo.
Ghana are preparing to face Cameroon on Friday, November 8 at the Cairo International Stadium.
After, Ibrahim Tanko and his chargeswill next take on Mali and hosts Egypt on November 11 and 14 respectively.
Ghana who are playing this competition for the first time is determined to make it to the group stage and qualify for the Olympic games after 15 years since the country last participated in the Olympics.
The Egyptian capital, Cairo will host all of the Black Meteors matches at the Cairo International Stadium.
