An aspiring presidential flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr Ekwow Spio-Garbrah is set to pick his nomination form today, December 6, 2018.
This development comes on the back of the party deciding to reduce their GH₵400,000 filing fee to GH₵300,000.
Spio-Garbrah and other candidates failed to pick up forms last Tuesday as it closed.
This was due to the filing fee which eight of the aspirants deemed as outrageous.
The party after a meeting between the Council of Elders and the NEC agreed on the reduction and also set a new deadline which is December 8, 2018, for the picking of the nomination form.
The price for the forms, however, remained unchanged as it still stands at GH₵200,000.
