Ghanaian international and KAA Gent captain Nana Kwesi Asare has officially signed a two-year contract extension with the Belgian giants.
The new deal will see him stay at the GHELAMCO-arena (Gent) until June 2021.
Asare has been playing for the Buffaloes since July 2013Â and went on to win the Jupiler League in the 2014/2015 season and Super Cup.Â
Asare has starred in UEFA Champions League and Europa League and tallied a total of 235 matches.Â
He was one of the first players to graduate from the then Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord Academy ( now WAFA) and has been consistent abroad.
Asare has also represented KV Mechelen and Dutch side FC Utrecht.
